RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Tit Tent™, we believe festival camping should be unforgettable — for the right reasons. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and fairly.

14-Day Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

• Used tents or camping gear
• Custom or limited-edition products
• Sale or clearance items
• Products damaged through misuse, weather exposure, or festival chaos

Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund the item where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different design instead? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.
